  • Monday – “Our Father in Heaven” (Belonging)
    Practice:
    Reach out to one person today—by text, call, or in person—and remind them they are not alone.
    • Encourage them
    • Check in on them
    • Let them know they matter
  • Tuesday – “Hallowed Be Your Name” (Honor)
    Practice:
    Intentionally speak honor today.
    • Compliment someone sincerely
    • Speak respectfully even when you disagree
    • Refuse sarcasm, gossip, or tearing words
  • Wednesday – “Your Kingdom Come, Your Will Be Done” (Surrender)
    Practice:
    Before making a decision today—big or small—pause and pray:
    “God, what do You want here?”
    Then choose obedience over convenience.
  • Thursday – “Give Us Today Our Daily Bread” (Trust & Generosity)
    Practice:
    Thank God for something you usually take for granted—
    and then share something you normally keep for yourself
    (time, attention, food, money, encouragement).
  • Friday – “Forgive Us… As We Forgive” (Forgiveness)
    Practice:
    Identify one person you’re holding resentment toward.
    • Pray for them
    • Release the debt in your heart
    • If appropriate, take a step toward reconciliation
  • Saturday – “Lead Us Not Into Temptation” (Awareness)
    Practice:
    Pay attention today to what pulls you away from God’s best.
    • Notice your habits
    • Set a boundary
    • Ask God for strength in your weakest place
  • Sunday – “Deliver Us From Evil” (Witness & Hope)
    Practice:
    Look for one way to push back darkness today.
    • Include someone who feels unseen
    • Offer hope
    • Serve without recognition
