Sundays at Hope

We're so excited you're interested in attending Hope! Our Sunday morning experience begins at 9:00AM and is designed so that everyone who walks through the doors of the church know that they belong and are loved by Jesus!   Since all churches operate a little different from each other we want to help you know what to expect when you come to Hope. We hope the pictures and descriptions below give you an idea of how our church functions so walking in on Sunday morning is easy and you can focus on what matters most - encountering Jesus!

Lobby and Connect Desk

Walking in to the church on Sunday morning you'll be greeted by volunteers that are excited to see you. As you head into the lobby you will find yourself in the central hub of the church building - you can get to anywhere from here! Upstairs is the youth center, downstairs is the children's ministry area, connected to the lobby through a set of glass doors is the worship center, and located in the lobby you'll find the Connect Desk. At the Connect Desk someone can get you information about what happens at Hope and answer any questions that you might have (or find the answer for you).  They'll also have a  small gift for you too!

Kids Check In

Before the service starts we invite families with younger children, ages birth through 4th grade, to head downstairs to check their kids in for Club 252(preschool) and First Look(elementary).  These two experiences are designed for kids to encounter Jesus in a way that is fun and easy to understand. The kids check in stations ensure that our volunteers know who is dropping off the kids and who is picking them up, so we can create a safe and secure environment for all of the children learning about Jesus that day. We love having kids in "big church", and invite them to participate in worship on Sunday mornings. After our time worshipping together, the kids are released to head downstairs with Miss Trish, our children's ministry pastor. Pickup from our children's ministry area occurs after the service ends, and kids are called once a parent or guardian with their registration sticker comes downstairs.

Worship Center

Off of the lobby through a set of glass doors you'll find the worship center. It's here that we gather every week to worship, pray, and hear from our senior pastor, Tim Taylor, as he opens the word of God. The seats in the worship center are intentionally positioned in a round configuration. By doing this we are embracing worshipping Jesus Christ together, towards one another(Ephesians 5:19)
